Rate Your Harvest is a platform for harvest workers to share honest, first-hand experiences about working at wineries. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it
Anyone can read published reviews. Submitting a review requires signing in with a Google account, so reviews come from real people rather than anonymous spam.
Content guidelines
Reviews should describe your own first-hand experience — working conditions, pay, hours, organisation, and support. Focus on conditions and policies rather than naming or accusing specific individuals, and avoid claims you can't personally stand behind. We may decline reviews that don't meet these guidelines.
Moderation
Every review is checked by a moderator before publishing, and may be approved or declined at our discretion. While a review is still pending, you can edit or withdraw it yourself. Once approved and published, changes go through the same review process again.
Anonymity
You can choose to post anonymously. Otherwise, only your first name is shown publicly with your review — never your full name, email, or other identifying details.
A disclaimer worth being clear about
Reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions, which can vary by season, team, and circumstance. Rate Your Harvest doesn't verify the factual accuracy of reviews and isn't responsible for decisions made based on them. Use your own judgement, and treat each review as one person's experience, not a guarantee of what yours will be like.
What's not allowed
Spam or fake reviews, impersonating someone else, or harassment of any kind. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who doesn't follow these terms.
Your content
By submitting a review, you give Rate Your Harvest permission to publish and display it on the site. It remains your experience and your words — we're just the platform sharing them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
