This page explains what information Rate Your Harvest collects, how it's used, and who can see it.

What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. When you submit a review, we collect everything in the form — the winery, working conditions, pay structure, hours, background and visa information, ratings, and anything you write.
How it's used, and who can see it
Every review is checked by a moderator before it's published. Once approved, it appears on the Reviews page for anyone to read — with your first name shown, unless you chose to post anonymously, in which case your identity is never displayed publicly. Some information you provide, like your country of origin, is never shown publicly to anyone, signed in or not — we keep it only for our own internal reference. Unpublished (pending) reviews are visible only to you and to us as moderators.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and the site itself is hosted with Netlify — both reputable infrastructure providers. We never share your information with wineries, employers, or any other third party.
Your choices
You can choose to post anonymously at the time you submit a review. While a review is still pending approval, you can edit or withdraw it yourself from the "Share Your Experience" page. To request a copy of your data, ask for something to be corrected, or have your information removed entirely, email hello@rateyourharvest.com.
Cookies & tracking
Rate Your Harvest does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to reflect it.

We may update this page as the site grows. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top.
